Ready for our 2021 Beauty Club? We definitely are! We've put together all the questions we think you could possibly have, so have a read below and make sure you join now and be part of the most beautiful start to 2021. 

- W H A T  I S  T H E  C L U B? -

Simply put our YOU Beauty Club is a fantastic way to discover some of the best beauty products in the market.

How much does it cost?

For a one-off payment of £109 you will get 3 beauty boxes delivered to your door.

Are there any hidden fees or costs?

No. The price you pay at the checkout includes delivery and VAT. There are no hidden costs

Where do I use my promo code?

During the checkout process, there will be a section to enter your promo code before you enter your payment details. Ensure this is applied before proceeding. Promo codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Make sure you add the right product (marked "gift for someone") to your basket and enter their delivery details in the delivery section. You can also print out or have a gift card delivered.

How do I redeem my gift card?

There is no need to redeem your gift card. At the time of purchase the gifter would have entered your delivery details at the time of purchase. To confirm please check with them or email us with your correct delivery address.

When can I expect my box?

We aim to deliver your beauty box withing the first week of each month.

Can I freeze my beauty boxes?

Unfortunately not. The boxes will be delivered in January, February and March 2021.

How many products are in each box?

Each box will contain a minimum of 3 products with most boxes containing at least 5.

How much is each box worth?

We can't guarantee the value of each box as we work every month to collate the right products for you. We do know that the January box is worth over £100 alone.

How are the products selected?

Each product is carefully selected by Edwina Ings-Chambers our YOU Beauty Director. Having access to 1000's of brand and product, Edwina selects only the best products. Brands can't buy their way into these boxes.

What size are my products?

Products are a mix of sample, luxury sample and full sized.

Why is it only a 3 month club?

We think we have something special but before we jump head first we wanted to invite a select few to see what people think. We have ever intention to extend beyond March so keep an eye out for the next phase. Sign up on the homepage to make sure you are first in the know on all our YOU Beauty projects!

Why is it a closed group?

We think it's better to start small. This will give us the opportunity to make sure the product and service is perfect. It also enables us to work with some of the smaller but amazing brands.

When will you be taking more club members?

Yes, we are looking to open up our Mar-June intake in late February, although we will offer places to existing members first and then it will be a first come first served. Sign up to our newsletter here to be the first to know.

Do you delivery to address outside the UK?

We offer delivery to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside those regions.

How do I update my address?

To update your address please email Please note: cut off for changes is the 24th of each month

A product is broken – how do I get a replacement?

Please send a photo of the box and the broken product to and one of our customer service team will help.

Can I get a refund?

Although we know you'll love it, if for any reason you aren't satisfied you can cancel at any point and we will refund you for any boxes that haven't already been delivered. Cancel before the 24th of December for 100% refund, 24th of January to received 66% refund and 24th of February for a 33% refund. To cancel email 

My beauty box has not been delivered - what can I do?

We expect all beauty boxes should have been delivered by the 10th of each month. If you haven't received yours please check the your unique tracking number to check the status. If you need further assistance please email

I have suffered an allergic reaction to one of the products - what should I do?

We strongly recommend you review all products and the ingredients before use. If you have an allergic reaction, cease use and seek medical advice
