Please note they are dispatched separately and you will receive additional tracking. For example if you ordered a YOU Beauty Advent Calendars and YOU Men's Box these will be delivered separately please give it 7 days between deliveries before contacting our Customer Service Team.
Our YOU Beauty Boxes are hand-packaged in the UK and we work with our distribution partners to offer you a great shopping experience.
However, we appreciate that you may need to get in touch regarding your order. Follow the simple step by step instructions below which will help you get to the right place.
Where is my Order?
Once you place an order on the website we will send you an email confirming the details and the expected arrival date.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with tracking so that you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
If the expected date has passed and you still do not have your order please email CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk including your order number in the subject line.
One of my products is missing?
We do our best to ensure your products are packaged and supplied in a way that will ensure they arrive to your door in full and looking great. However, if you do find that one of the products is not in the box please email CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk including your order number in the subject line and a note of the product you believe is missing.
Please note we photograph all boxes before they leave our packing house and will only refund /send replacement product(s) once an investigation has been conducted with the delivery company.
I'd like a refund?
As you will note on our product pages, due to the nature of our products being make-up and cosmetics, for hygiene reasons our products are only available for refund for 14 days once received. You will need to get in touch to explain why you are wanting to return your product. Please note in order to return any product sold on the YOU Beauty website you must ensure all products are unopened (including seals). We will ask for photographic proof.
