When will my Advent Calendar be delivered?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming the details and estimated delivery date. As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If your delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us at CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk, including your order number in the subject line.

One of my products is missing - what should I do?

We take great care to ensure every box is complete and beautifully packed. However, if you believe a product is missing, please email CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk with your order number in the subject line and the name of the product in question. Please note that we photograph all boxes before dispatch and will only issue a refund or replacement once we’ve investigated with the delivery company.

Can I return my Advent Calendar?

Due to the nature of beauty products, returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt and if items are unopened and sealed. If you’d like to request a return, please email us at CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photographic proof.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK (including Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and BFPO addresses).

I have received part of my order - when will the rest be delivered?

Our Advent Calendar is dispatched from a separate warehouse, so it will arrive in a different parcel from any other items. You’ll receive two separate tracking numbers — one for your Advent Calendar and one for additional items — so you can follow each delivery.

Tracking shows my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Please check with neighbours and in any safe places around your property. If your parcel still can’t be located, contact our customer service team at CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.

I forgot to apply a promotional code - can it be added retrospectively?

Yes. Please email CShelp@youbeautyshop.co.uk with your order number and the discount code you intended to use. Once verified, we’ll apply a refund for the discounted amount.
