My Order Does Not Have Tracking

The majority of our orders are given a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way. Sometimes it isn’t possible for us to provide you with tracking information, but if this is the case please don’t be concerned, your order is likely to be on its way to you.

There are a number of ways to keep an eye on the status of your order without tracking information:

  1. When ordering a product from YOU Beauty there is a "Lead Time to Ship" shown in the product description, which shows how many working days it takes for the product to be dispatched after you place your order. In this case, working days means Mondays to Fridays, excluding Bank Holidays. 
  2. We will email you to confirm that a shipment from your order is on its way - this means your product has been dispatched from our warehouse and is now on its way to you.
  3. If we hear of any delays to your order we will contact you. Our main concern is that your product arrives promptly and you are happy with your purchase, so we will keep you updated if we foresee any problems with the fulfillment of your order.
